Something Went Wrong Importing Photos Windows 10

Get into the C2R folder, and don't bother with the 64 or 32 bit folders in there, just run the Convert-C2R thingy as admin. 
Run the C2R converter first, not the other one.

I’ve also tried “right clicking” on the phone in file explorer and choosing “Import pictures and videos.” This freezes when it tries to import the first image. My PC OS is Windows 10.
